WORK WITH ME

Sometimes you need an experienced partner to own the work from strategy through execution.

Other times, you need experienced support to execute a strategy already in place.

The scope depends on what you need. I can own a defined project, supplement your team with experienced support, or provide 1:1 leadership coaching.

Executive + Employee Communications

Communication starts with the desired outcome, not the message.

Strategy → Execution

I start by clarifying what you’re trying to achieve and why it matters. From there, I gather input from key stakeholders, analyze audience data and insights, develop key messages, and determine the strategies and tactics that will best support the objectives.

I can develop the communications and project plans and manage the work through execution, including stakeholder communications, priorities, timelines, resources, and quality assurance.

Execute the Plan

If the strategy and plan are already in place, I can step in to execute, from writing and developing communications to adapting content for different audiences and channels.

When needed, I partner with designers, producers, and other resources to bring the work to life.

Communications work may include:

Communications strategies, plans, and project management

Executive and manager communications

Organizational change and business updates

Benefits, compensation, policy, and employee communications

Leadership development, culture, recognition, and employee experience

Employee Engagement + Culture

Employee engagement is shaped through everyday experiences.

Understanding those experiences starts with listening. I work with organizations to gather meaningful employee feedback, understand what’s driving engagement, and identify opportunities to improve.

From there, I partner with leaders to identify priorities and translate insights into practical actions. When possible, I also involve employees in shaping solutions, strengthening both the solution and engagement in the process.

Engagement + culture work may include:

Engagement strategy, measurement, and surveys

Survey communications and results

Organization and team action planning

Leadership development, recognition, and culture programs

Onboarding and employee experience initiatives

Leadership Coaching

Leaders benefit from a safe place to share and think.

A poor performer. An absent senior leader. Competing priorities. Limited resources. Organizational change. Even experienced leaders face challenges that can be difficult to work through alone.

Coaching provides a confidential space to step back, understand what’s happening and what may be driving it, and make more intentional choices about the path forward.

I provide 1:1 leadership coaching for new managers, emerging leaders, and executives.

Coaching may focus on:

Leadership communication and executive presence

Trust, influence, and managing up

Performance, difficult conversations, and accountability

Cross-functional relationships and navigating change

360-degree assessments, leadership development, and new manager effectiveness

What’s Next?

Every engagement starts with understanding what you’re trying to accomplish. From there, we can determine the right scope, approach, and support to move the work forward.
